What we're planning

How both sides stay protected

Built from what sellers told us went wrong before. Details are shared for comment before booking opens.

1Providers apply and are vetted

Identity, work samples, and references from sellers they've worked with. Not everyone is accepted.

2Scope agreed in writing first

Price, deliverables, and due date are set before any work starts, so both sides know what "done" means.

3Payment protections published first

How payments are protected and how disputes are handled will be posted here before booking opens.

4Disputes checked against the agreement

If something goes wrong, we compare the work to the written checklist both sides agreed to.

5Reviews from real clients only

Only sellers who booked through the collective can review a provider.

6Your password stays yours

Providers use TPT's Virtual Assistant access with their own login. Nobody asks for your password.

Any fee for booking will be published here before booking opens.
