How the two reports work together

Product Stats shows your greatest earners of all time.
Your sales report for the last 12 months shows what's earning the most right now. If your store or the market has changed, choose Recent sales in the list below to see what's really trending.

Your resources

What each column means Check a box when the answer is yes, then pick a priority. Anything left empty is your to-do list. Use Add note under any resource to remind yourself what to fix.

License OK: The clip art and fonts you used are allowed where you plan to sell.
Original file: You have the original working file (like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva) you can change, not only the PDF.
Cover + preview: You've saved the cover, preview images, and listing text.
Up to date: Dates, standards, and links inside the resource are current.
Best work: You'd be proud to put it in front of a new buyer.
Priority: Your call: 1 move first, 2 move when you have time, 3 update or retire. Tap again to clear.

Tip: choose Priority order in the sort list first, and your printout becomes a move checklist grouped 1, 2, 3.

If a license is unclear

Look in your purchase downloads or on the artist's terms page for platform names like "TPT only." Still not sure? Send the artist this email, and save the reply with your files.

I use your [clip art or font name] in my teaching resources. I'm planning to also sell on [platform]. Does my license cover selling there? If I need a different license, I'm happy to get one.
